General Laborer/Cleaner

About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Assist machine operators and other production employees.
- Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products.
- Perform basic assembly, packaging, labeling, and sorting duties.
- Inspect materials and products for visible defects.
- Keep production and storage areas clean and organized.
- Operate basic hand tools, carts, and other approved equipment.
- Follow job instructions and production schedules.
- Dispose of scrap and waste materials properly.
- Follow all company safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
- Wear required personal protective equipment.
- Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, and quality problems.
- Perform other general labor and maintenance duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to lift approximately 50 pounds.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
